All information about Affinity-DKV card security

Multiple security elements of the Affinity-DKV Card reduce the risk of the use of inappropriate and increase the security of the fuel card. We will list them below:

Maximum card security with PIN code augmentation

The PIN code (from 4-digit format) ensures maximum security for the DKV card. It is not transferable and we would like to remind you that you should not attach it to the back of the card. Another preventive measure, to avoid possible unpleasant situations, is to replace the card when a driver leaves the company.

Additional Security by establishing limits on the use of the card

You can quickly and easily manage card limits and related notifications from DKV COCKPIT. Request the activation of the Premium package and you will have better control over the cost and you can reduce the level of risk generated by improper use. DKV eREPORTING  reports inform you promptly when authorization is granted and when an incorrect PIN is entered.

Card deactivation and usage reports

Temporarily deactivating and reactivating of the DKV CARD can help prevent unauthorized use. Install the DKV Mobility application and activate the card for a maximum period of 60 minutes, then, in the rest of the time, the card will be inactive until the new request is activated.

I also remind you that the DKV Mobility app is available both for Android and IOS, and you can download it for FREE from both Google Play and the App Store. For further details please do not contact us.
