No more regulation of fuel prices (Fuel Cap) in Croatia

Following a period of market stabilization and a consistent supply of petroleum products, the government has determined that current global oil market conditions and the stable domestic supply chain support a transition to a fully liberalized pricing model.
As a result, fuel prices in Croatia will now be freely determined by market participants, without state-imposed price caps or pricing formulas.
