2013 saw DKV Euro Service implement its inaugural partner award scheme across Europe. The scheme awarded partners points based on the successful achievement of specific criteria which were set and measured by DKV. This included the award of points for business growth year on year, customer satisfaction and product knowledge.
Our Affinity division currently holds four partnerships with DKV, this covers Romania, Serbia, Montenegro and Moldova, all of whom were evaluated for the scheme. Our divisions in Serbia, Montenegro and Moldova were all awarded 3 stars, with Affinity in Romania awarded 4 stars out of a possible five.
