DKV Euro Service went online with a new website incorporating many improvements. The new website is available in eight languages covering the following countries: Germany, United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Poland, France, the Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland, Spain and Slovakia. Eleven further language versions are in preparation. The views of the customers formed the starting point for the redesign.
Their main wishes expressed in a survey were for a clearer layout and shorter texts, and that information should be better focused on target groups. “We placed great value on user-friendliness, a lean navigation system and clearly presented information,” says Ulrich Wolter, DKV Marketing Director. For example, more and more users are on the road with mobile devices. The new website is optimised so that it also performs well with smartphones and tablets. The secure customer area also starts out with a new look and fresh functions. With the DKV COCKPIT, DKV offers its customers a comprehensive management tool that they can use for booking online products etc.
