How to access DKV Assist (Steps and useful information)

We provide round-the-clock support to our customers across 45 European countries, offering assistance ranging from basic troubleshooting to towing for repairs.

Our network of partners is equipped to deliver a comprehensive array of services, including both simple and complex repairs, general inspections and emissions checks, as well as maintenance for cooling systems and tires.

 

How to access the DKV Assist service

  1. Make sure the repair and service station has DKV acceptance
  2. Call the helpline number relevant to your country. You can find the support number for each country by accessing this LINK.
  3. The support service operator will send key information to Affinity regarding the estimated costs for approval/rejection
  4. The Affinity consultant will perform the necessary checks and contact you
  5. Once both parties (client and Affinity) reach an agreement, you will be sent a form via email which requires your signature and stamp.

 

You will handle the organization of the intervention directly with the service provider to establish all the details concerning the costs associated with this service.
