The emergency cash advance service is no longer available through DKV ASSIST
DKV announces that the emergency cash advance service is no longer available through DKV ASSIST.
Croatia is a known and important transit country for many international transporters. Transporters pass through the Balkan state during many international journeys originating and ending in various countries in Europe.
From 25 April 2017, DKV Euro Service becomes the first European fuel and service card provider to invoice toll charges for the toll networks of the Croatian motorway operators HAC and ARZ. This will allow its customers to avoid long queues and reduce their costs. DKV customers can obtain the ENC on-board unit for vehicles over 3.5 tonnes permissible total weight and coaches. By doing this, they receive up to 35% operator discount. Furthermore, they can use the time-saving ENC lanes at the toll booths.
Vehicles of all categories in Croatia are liable to pay tolls, but the toll charges for vehicles in categories III and IV can be paid through DKV. The on-board unit can be obtained after a quick and simple registration process at a point of sale using the DKV CARD and immediately attached inside the vehicle. The toll charges are clearly itemised in your DKV invoice.
